Villa Nefis is a charming two- bedroomed villa offering completely unobscured views of Kalkan village and marina. The villa was previously featured in the Tapestry Holidays brochure and can accommodate up to 6 guests (please refer to the Villa Lycia page if your group is larger than than this). Villa Nefis is fully air-conditioned. Inlaid travertine marble flooring has been laid throughout and the villa has been furnished with handcrafted wrought iron furniture. The villa is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan and is a 10 minute walk (downhill) to Kalkan village (a few minutes more to the marina). The local supermarkets will deliver your shopping to the villa free of charge. Please note that the roads around the villa are unmade and quite uneven, so people with walking disabilities or small children may find them difficult to negotiate.

There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and it is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. We have been to the Ovacik and Oludeniz areas of Turkey before, but they cannot compare with Kalkan - we certainly hope to return soon. The support we received from the owners in England and the management company in Kalkan was excellent.The only concern was with the condition of part of the unmade road outside the villa on our route into town, but in no way did it detract from the enjoyment of out holiday". In brief, the ground floor of Villa Nefis is arranged as follows:

• Living area with sofabed, two armchairs, CD Player, Satellite TV & DVD Player
• IPOD docking station and internet WiFi connection
• The double sofa-bed can be used for the 5th & 6th guests (if applicable)
• Dining area to seat 6 people, with french doors to pool terrace
• Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine
• Downstairs WC

The first floor comprises:

• Double bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC & hairdryer
• Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room/WC
• Central landing
• Door to large veranda-style balcony with table & chairs

Outside Villa Nefis:

• Large pool (9.0m x 4.1m - 1.7m deep)
• Terrace area with sunbeds, parasols & deckchairs
• Dining area to seat 6 people
• Stone BBQ

Please note that the pool has no shallow end and access is via ladder-type steps, not graduated ones. This may present problems for small children or people with disabilities.
