Prices shown are per villa per week and include:

• Welcome pack on arrival
• Services of management agent for general advice / emergencies
• Gas and electric
• Twice weekly linen and towel change
• Twice weekly full clean
• Daily pool and garden maintenance
• Use of cot and highchair if required (please ask at time of booking)

Towels for the poolside and the beach are not provided, so you will need to bring these with you!

PLEASE NOTE - The prices shown are for up to 4 guests at Villa Dolluca and Villa Nefis and for up to 8 guests at Villa Lycia. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated in each villa (maximum 6 at Villa Dolluca and Villa Nefis - maximum 10 at Villa Lycia) and a charge of £40 per week will be levied for each additional person.

We generally operate on a Monday - Monday basis, however, this is not rigid and some flexibility can be allowed subject to availability. If your holiday dates span two price-brackets, the overall cost will be calculated on a nightly basis. We can also offer odd durations, such as 10 or 11 nights in which case, the overall cost will be calcuated on a nightly basis. Please ask us for an exact costing.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We also ask for a damage deposit of £250 - this can be paid along with your final balance payment or no later than two weeks prior to your arrival by cheque or bank transfer. It will be held by us during your stay and will be returned to you in full within 2 weeks of your arrival home provided there are no major breakages/damages to the villa or its contents (other than normal wear and tear).

Private Dalaman Airport Transfers
These can be arranged for you at a cost of £50 each way for a car for up to three people, £65 each way for a minibus for 4 - 6 people or £80 each way for a minibus for 7 - 10 people. All transfer vehicles are air-conditioned and all the drivers are very professional. Payment for transfers is made locally in Kalkan (in Sterling or Turkish Lira). Antalya transfers are also available - please ask for prices.

Car Hire
We are able to arrange car hire for delivery to your villa on a day of your choosing or for collection from / return to Dalaman airport should you wish to drive yourself to the villa. We use a very well established local car hire company who, in our experience, have been very reliable. Prices start at £20 per day for a Fiat Albea or £40 per day for a people-carrier (if vehicles are booked for a minimum of 7 days).

Please note that drivers will need to be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and hold a full UK Driver's Licence. Please email us your requirements on:
