Our spacious duplex apartment is situated within a small development of four privately-owned apartments in the Kiziltas area and has wonderful views over Kalkan village and bay. The apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 guests and is now available for private rentals from May through to October. Summer 2010 will be our second rental season. Olive Tree Apartment is luxuriously furnished, fully air-conditioned and occupies the ground and first floor of a building that houses two apartments. It has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), open plan living / dining / kitchen area, two shower rooms, three balconies, large shared pool with communal terrace area plus a secluded terrace area just outside the apartment. The complex itself is in a tranquil location and is surrounded by lush gardens. To summarise, the apartment comprises:

First Floor:

• Open plan lounge / diner with satellite TV, DVD & CD players. Patio doors to large balcony with dining table and fabulous views. Large air-conditioning unit. Access to two smaller balconies with views over gardens
• Well equipped open plan kitchen with gas oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave and arge fridge-freezer
• Shower room & WC with washing machine

Marble staircase to Ground Floor:

• Twin bedroom with air-conditioning unit
• Master bedroom with kingsize bed and patio doors to secluded terrace area. Air-conditioning unit
• Shower room with WC

Outdoors:

• Secluded terrace area just outside the apartment, with sunbeds & parasols (for Olive Tree apartment's sole use) overlooking the pool, surrounded by lush gardens
• Shaded ottoman seating area
• Archway and steps to large shared freshwater pool and further terrace area

Please note that the pool has no shallow end and access is via ladder-type steps, not graduated ones. This may present problems for small children or people with disabilities.
