To confirm your booking, please ask us to hold your selected dates at your chosen villa (if you have not done so already). When we have confirmed that your dates are on hold, please complete our Online Booking Form.
On receipt of your completed form, we will email you a Booking Summary that will outline the booking details and confirm costings and payment schedules. Basically, a 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation, and and the balance payment will be due 10 weeks prior to your arrival. If your arrival date is within 10 weeks at the time of booking, then the full balance is payable straight away. All booking correspondence will be sent from Olive Tree Travel Ltd - this is our 'sister' company and they administer all our bookings for us.
We also ask for a damage deposit of £250. The damage deposit is payable either with your balance payment or 2 weeks prior to your arrival. This money will be refunded to you in full on your return home, provided there have been no major damages to the villa or its contents during your stay (other than normal wear and tear).
Payments can be made in Sterling by bank transfer. We can also accept Visa / Mastercard payments online or by phone (please note that payments via this method for UK / Eurozone registered cards incur a 2.50% surcharge - for cards registered outside the UK / Eurozone, the surcharge is 2.99%). Payments via other debit / credit card can be accepted via PayPal, however there will also be a 2.5% surcharge levied if paying by this method.
We advise that you do not book any flights until we have confirmed by email that your selected dates at your chosen accommodation are on hold for you. Your booking is not confirmed until we have received your deposit payment (or full payment if the holiday start date is within 10 weeks).
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to release the dates back for sale if payment is not received promptly.
