We are delighted to be adding this beautifully refurbished one bedroom apartment in the Kalamar Bay area to our portfolio.
This property has its own private terrace with fabulous views of the bay to the islands, as well as easy access to the Kulube Hotel Beach Club and just a short walk to Lures and Kalamar Bay Beach Clubs too.
Access to the apartment is via some communal steps from the pool terrace, which is located on the first floor. The apartment layout is as follows:
Ground Floor:
The front door leads into the open plan living space with a large sofa and a coffee table as well as a large smart TV. There are also two further armchairs in the window alcove with a side table.
The modern kitchen is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as small fridge with freezer section, a two-ring electric hob with an extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and water cooler. There is also a kitchen island with three bar chairs and sliding doors lead to the balcony with two chairs and a side table.
From the sitting room, the short corridor leads to the spacious shower room with WC and basin. The double bedroom is next door with two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a dressing table with stools. Sliding doors lead to a balcony with views of Kalamar Bay and the mountains to the side of the apartment.
Outside the apartment:
Through sliding doors from the living room balcony are steps that lead down to the private terrace with a comfortable seating area with a table and large canter-levered parasol. There is also a sun lounger provided as well.
The communal pool area has a freshwater pool with two ladders at each end to access the water. There are sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool for guests to use.
There is parking available in the parking area below the apartments next to the Kulube Hotel which guests are welcome to use.
