Old Quarter Villa is a two-bedroom property situated just above the lively Old Town, so only a few minutes’ walk away from the restaurants and bars below as well as the harbour beach and the water taxis that take you across the bay to the beach clubs.
The property has a modern interior with sea and mountain views as well as its own pool.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
The property is accessed through a metal gate off the side street and opens onto the pool terrace.
The entrance door leads into the open plan living area with a dining table with 4 chairs next to the living room with a sofa and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table with a large smart TV and a decorative fireplace.
The concertina glass doors can be opened to create an indoor/outdoor dining experience from the pool terrace.
The well-equipped galley style kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, toaster and kettle.
There is also a cloak room with a basin and WC as well as a water cooler for guests use. The cupboard by the stairs has a washing machine within which guests are welcome to use.
First floor:
There are two double bedrooms on this floor - the master bedroom to the left has a fitted wardrobe with two bedside tables and an ensuite shower with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with wrought iron railings with two chairs and a side table to enjoy the sea views.
The second bedroom is a smaller double with a built-in wardrobe with draws below and two bedside tables and an ensuite shower with WC and basin. There is also a glass door with access to a private balcony with partial sea views.
Second floor/roof terrace:
At the top of the landing is a sink under the eaves to the right and an ironing board with iron to the right for guests use. There is also a small fridge as well.
A glass door opens onto the roof terrace which has two sun loungers with a parasol and a small dining table with 4 chairs - the perfect place to enjoy the views across Kalkan Bay to the islands.
There is also an external shower for guests to cool off and an electric Plancha BBQ grill for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
Outside the villa:
The saltwater pool is accessed via a ladder and there is a small shallow end before becoming deeper.
At one end of the pool is a wooden deck with a large wicker day bed to relax and enjoy the views to the islands.
There are also two sun loungers and two parasols spaced around the pool.
