The accommodation is laid out as follows:

The property is accessed from the street through a metal gate where there is plenty of off-street parking available.

The entrance door is to the right side of the main building in front of the communal pool. This leads into an open plan living area with a glass topped round dining table and five chairs. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa with occasional tables, and a wall mounted smart TV. Sliding doors lead to the private patio terrace with two chairs and a side table with garden and pool views.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, built in electric oven and microwave, a gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and water cooler.

First floor: 

The master bedroom at the front of the property has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe, dressing table with a mirror and stool. The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table to relax and enjoy the mountain views.

The twin bedroom at the back of the property can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe, a dressing table with a stool, and a low chest of draws. The en-suite shower room has a WC and basin. Windows look out onto the olive groves behind the apartment complex.

Outside the apartment:

There is a large communal pool in front of the apartment with a ladder to access the freshwater pool. The sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool are for guests to use.

The landscaped garden offers a green space with views of the Taurus mountains.

• The property is fully air-conditioned.
• The property has complimentary Wi-Fi connection.
• A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
• Pool towels are provided for guests’ use. 
• There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
• Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (i.e. - if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change)
• The 5th and 6th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living area.
