We are delighted to add this six-bedroom villa to our portfolio, offering beautiful stone and cream interiors with breath-taking views across Kalkan Bay in the sought after area of Komurluk. Conveniently positioned above Palm and Denizim Beach clubs and only a short walk into town.

The accommodation is set out as follows:

Ground floor:

Entering the property through large white metal gates from the access road, the main entrance door is at the rear of the main villa. By the entrance door is a cloak room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use.

The hallway opens out onto an open plan living area with a large L-shaped sofa and an armchair spaced around a coffee table and the ornate fireplace plus a large Smart TV.

The dining table seats six comfortably with sliding doors to access the pool terrace. 

The kitchen area has a kitchen island with four bar chairs. There is also a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, gas hob with an extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, toaster, and kettle.

First floor:

Up the stone semicircular stairs, you'll find the first of two double bedrooms beneath high eaves. Within the room is a wardrobe with one mirrored door, two bedside tables, a dressing table with a stool, a chaise long and a chest at the end of the bed. There is also an en-suite shower room with a picture window within the shower with an integral blind. Sliding doors lead to a shared balcony with wrought iron sofas with comfortable cushions and a coffee table from which to enjoy the panoramic sea views.

The second double bedroom next door shares the balcony with this room through a glass door with its own wrought iron sofas and fabulous sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with a chair, wall mounted full length mirror and two bedside tables.

Lower ground floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level; the first is a twin room with a sofa, wardrobes, dressing table with a stool and a bedside table as well as an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the outside shared terrace with a wicker sofa and two chairs with side tables offering wonderful views across the bay to the islands.

The double bedroom next door has two bedside tables, a wooden chest at the end of the bed, a wall mounted full length mirror, wardrobes, a dressing table with a stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the shared lower terrace with views of Kalkan Bay.

Annex bedrooms by the pool:

There are two separately accessed double bedrooms from the pool terrace with their own keys. The first double bedroom nearer the main villa has two bedside tables, a dressing table with stool, a wardrobe, and a wooden chest at the end of the bed. There is also an en-suite shower room, and the sliding glass doors lead straight out on to the pool terrace with sea views.

The second double bedroom nearer the main gate has two bedside tables, a dressing table with a chair, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room. Glass doors open on to the pool terrace with sea views.

The Games room:

Accessed down external steps from the pool terrace, the games room is below the lower ground floor bedroom terrace. This room has a long built in sofa with comfortable cushions and a coffee table. Table tennis and table football are provided. Within the room is also a sink and a drinks fridge with bean bag cushions and a hammock in which to enjoy the outside space with views of the bay below.

Outside the villa:

The semi-circular infinity pool has roman steps for access as well as a ladder to one side. There are twelve sun loungers spaced around the freshwater pool with side tables and parasols.

To one side of the pool are steps down to a sunken seating area with a built-in sofa with cushions and a circular table. There is also a free-standing external shower for guests' use.

To the front of the villa beyond the pool, is a large pergola with a seating area and a dining table that seats twelve comfortably and a gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining and the spectacular sea views this villa offers.

• Please note the annex bedrooms by the pool would not be suitable for young children.
• Cleaning and linen changes are completed twice a week – therefore, if you are staying for 1 week, there is a mid-stay clean and linen change. If you are staying for 2 weeks, there will be three mid-stay cleans and linen changes.
