Villa Dolluca is an attractive detached property in a tranquil and elevated position offering truly breathtaking views of picturesque Kalkan village and of the surrounding Taurus mountains.

The villa is just 5 minutes drive from Kalkan’s village centre and is within easy reach of the region’s many historical sites and areas of natural beauty.

Set over two floors, the villa can accommodate 4 guests. The owners use the villa as their winter home, so as a result, the property has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail.

The accommodation is set out as follows:

Ground Floor:

The ground floor comprises an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa. The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area. A flat screen TV is provided together with a DVD player plus a CD player and MP3 docking station. Either of the two sofas can be used as a single-sized bed if required.

The dining area seats 6 guests and the adjacent kitchen is very well equipped with appliances such as built in oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.

First Floor:

This floor has two bedrooms (both doubles) and of these each has access to a large balcony with a seating area (the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while looking out over Kalkan bay).

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room / wet room. The second bedroom has use of the spacious family bathroom on this level. A washing machine is also provided in the family bathroom. A door from this bathroom leads out onto a small balcony which is ideal for drying clothes / towels.

Outside the Villa:

The villa has a good-sized pool with graduated steps at one end and ladder-type steps at the other. There is a spacious terrace with shaded dining area, a gazebo plus a stone BBQ.

• The villa is fully air-conditioned
• WiFi internet access is provided
• Pool towels are provided
• TV, DVD player plus bluetooth speaker are provided
• A hairdryer is provided
• Weekly clean + linen change provided, so if staying for 2 weeks a mid-stay clean + linen change is carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean + linen change (please bring your own poolside / beach towels)
• The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems
• Owing to the location of this villa, we would recommend car hire. Taxi’s are readily available if preferred
