Through the private gate and a few steps down brings you to the entrance of the property. On the ground floor of the Villa is the living area with two large comfortable sofas and a Smart TV complete with English TV channels.

The open plan kitchen is well-equipped and features a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and water cooler, alongside a dining table that seats eight. Also on this floor is a small utility area tucked under the stairs, complete with a washing machine and a separate cloakroom.

The large glass patio doors lead out to the pool terrace and outdoor dining area.  

First Floor

The wooden staircase leads up to the first floor and two of the four bedrooms.

The twin room is complete with wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and chair, en-suite with shower and a small balcony.

The double room offers a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table and chair, en-suite with shower and a large balcony with sea views.

Second Floor

Further up the staircase on the second floor two further rooms.

All rooms are air conditioned and have heavy curtains to block out the early morning sun if required.

Outside the property

The outdoor space is designed for the ultimate Mediterranean lifestyle, featuring its own private pool complete with roman steps for easy access. Parasols and 8 sun-lougers are provided around the pool area. Also on the terrace is a further shaded area with a built in BBQ and a large outdoor dining table. The property is framed by beautiful foliage, including fragrant laurel trees, oleander, and vibrant bougainvillea.
